Interport also provides shipping containers that comply with the highest standards for building materials, offering both AC462 and AC786 certifications, meeting the requirements of Evaluation Service Report #4717 (ESR-4717) from the International Code Council (ICC) and the IAS Accreditation Criteria for Fabricators of Container-Based Structures.

Interport owns all our equipment and stocks high-quality, new and used steel shipping containers in our yard, priced right, and ready to ship in the tri-state area and other major metropolitan territories, including 15 states in the Northeast, from Maine down to North Carolina, and as far west as Ohio. Established in 2004, Interport also operates secure parking facilities in Newark, NJ, and Savannah, GA. Conveniently located near the ports, these facilities provide secure parking for loaded and empty import and export containers being transported for global cargo owners, ocean carriers, and third-party logistics providers.
