Limitless Bounds LLC is a Support Coordination Agency writhing the New Jersey Department of Developmental Disabilities. Limitless Bounds acts as the case management provider for all individuals with the DDD program and will be the liaison between individuals and providers/state entities. Limitless Bounds will manage all of your state provided funds, ensuring that the funds are allocated properly and all individuals have the services they require.
Support Coordinators are in touch with all individuals on a monthly basis, including quarterly face to face visits to ensure all individuals are happy, well cared for and healthy. Working with individuals who have all different kinds of needs, we have a vast amount of experience managing all types of budgets and finding an endless amount of providers for all individuals.
