B.I.G. exists to empower women across the globe to achieve their business goals by providing meaningful training, networking experiences that build authentic relationships, and ongoing access to a thriving community of inspirational women.
Established in Bernardsville New Jersey in 2009, B.I.G. Founder Tara Gilvar created a grassroots organization designed to help women be empowered and live the lives they were meant to be personally and professionally. To date, nearly 10,000 women have become members of the B.I.G. (BelieveInspireGrow.com) organization, where they find a supportive, intelligent braintrust of talented women who are authentically dedicated to each other's growth and success.
